Our Core Fabrication Capabilities
1. Metal Cutting & Shaping
We operate CNC plasma and oxy-fuel cutting tables, band saws, and guillotines for carbon steel up to 50mm and stainless up to 25mm. CAD/CAM nesting optimizes material yield and ensures repeatable dimensions for base plates, gussets, and brackets.
2. Welding & Assembly
Certified welders perform SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW on carbon steel, stainless, duplex, and low-alloy. All WPS/PQR qualified to ASME IX. We assemble skids, frames, and platforms using jigs to control distortion, with 100% visual inspection and NDT as required.
3. Bending & Forming
Hydraulic press brakes up to 300 tons, plate rolling for shells and cones, and section bending for beams. Ideal for tanks, chutes, hoppers, and curved structural members.
4. Surface Finishing
Abrasive blasting SA 2.5, airless spray for epoxy and PU coatings, and hot-dip galvanizing coordination. Full DFT and adhesion testing for marine environments.
Our Process & Quality
We follow a 5-step workflow: Engineering Review → Material Control (MTC traceability) → Cutting & Prep → Fit-up/Welding/NDT → Blasting/Painting/Final Inspection. Our QA/QC system is ISO 9001:2015 aligned. Every weld is mapped, with MPI, DPI, UT, and RT by Level II inspectors. We serve Oil & Gas, Marine, Mining, Power, and Civil sectors with materials from A36, A516 Gr70, SS304/316L, duplex 2205, to AR400.
