PT Mitra Karya Sarana delivered the construction project for PT Pratama Unggul Teknindo in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. The goal was to build a workshop and office facility that supports industrial operations and provides a functional workspace. The project followed the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) method to ensure quality and timely completion.
Objectives
The project aimed to design and construct a facility that combines office space with a large workshop. The layout was planned for efficiency, allowing smooth movement of personnel and materials. All work was scheduled to meet the client’s operating requirements and comply with building regulations.
Scope of Work
- Engineering:Â Produce detailed architectural and structural designs for the workshop and office. Plans included electrical systems, plumbing, ventilation, and access points.
- Procurement:Â Source high-quality construction materials and reliable equipment for long-term use. Select fixtures that meet both industrial and office needs.
- Construction: Build the workshop measuring 84 × 36 meters and a two-story office measuring 36 × 12 meters. Complete flooring, roofing, walls, utilities, and internal finishes.
- Maintain close coordination with PT Pratama Unggul Teknindo to ensure all features matched operational goals.
Project Specifications
- Land Area: 158 × 45 meters, total 7,110 m².
- Building Area: 96 × 36 meters, total 3,456 m².
- Workshop: 84 × 36 meters.
- Office: 36 × 12 meters, two floors.
