PT Mitra Karya Sarana delivered the construction project for PT Pratama Unggul Teknindo in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Scope of Work
- Engineering: Produce detailed architectural and structural designs for the workshop and office. Plans included electrical systems, plumbing, ventilation, and access points.
- Procurement: Source high-quality construction materials and reliable equipment for long-term use. Select fixtures that meet both industrial and office needs.
- Construction: Build the workshop measuring 84 × 36 meters and a two-story office measuring 36 × 12 meters. Complete flooring, roofing, walls, utilities, and internal finishes.
- Maintain close coordination with PT Pratama Unggul Teknindo to ensure all features matched operational goals.
